Chef's Duster

Scoop dry ingredients straight from a can, snap on the clear plastic cap if it suits you, and softly squeeze the spring handle for dusting, blending or sifting. Bowl is 3 inch diameter, 1-5/8 inch high. Overall length 8 inch.

• Dust confectioner's sugar over cookies, brownies, pancakes, waffles, cakes, desserts or French toast, and cocoa or cinnamon over hot beverages
• Sift cornmeal or flour over surface before rolling or kneading dough, or sift lumps from confectioners' sugar and spices
• Blend sugar and cinnamon to sprinkle over donuts, cookies or cinnamon toast, or to fill cinnamon rolls. Combine to rub over meat and poultry
• 18-8 stainless steel
• Dishwasher safe

If the mesh bowl gets misshapen and the wire bar does not swing back and forth smoothly, use your thumb to gently reshape the mesh bowl until the bar sweeps smoothly again.
